The initial contact was via the shop in Leigh where Sue showed us the miracles of modern kitchens and provided positive answers to all our queries there and then, telephoning to see if our special requests were practical. The chap who came to look at the house (Mark) helped us to decide exactly what we wanted - our vague ideas needed some guidance! - And drew up a super plan. Keith came to make sure it was all workable and would fit....
Glyn did some electrical checking which was most worthwhile and as soon as we were ready, a two-man team, father and son, arrived to do the job. Not only did they do excellent work, they were nice to have around. The company went the extra mile to accommodate all of our requests; even to the extent of making an adjustment for us a month after the fitting was completed. Firstly for MICK who came out to see us and take measurements for our new kitchen he explained all details to us he was very patient and advised us how to get the best out of our kitchen. I for one was always changing my mind on different ways to have the kitchen, but I have to admit MICKS'S advice was the best and I’m glad I listened to him.
We had our kitchen fitted the beginning of the 10th October 2005.The team of fitters who are father and son working together were excellent. We have had major refurbishment done at our home and had many different builders coming and going(which is a totally different story),we were more than impressed with the way they worked, and the finish of the job was more than 100% satisfactory THANK YOU LADS!
Buying a new kitchen is a big expense and worry that you are buying the right product as this is a major part of the home. We visited many kitchen shops in our local area. One Sunday we decided to have a ride to Wigan to look for our new kitchen. We have never looked back at finding Eclipse Kitchens as the quality and price came out on top from all the other kitchen places we had visited. The service we have had from the first visit to the showroom to having the kitchen fitted as been nothing but 100%.Thank you once again, we will certainly recommend anybody to come to eclipse.
